Inverters charging at 64v

Featured Replies

Hi all

I get a few over voltage alarms on my set up a few times a week. as a result I've set my Bulk charge and my flout to 52v. I have since discovered my inverters are trying to push 64v into my batteries. Does any one have any advice on this or point me in the right direction.

Thanks again

I assume that you have half the panels connected to one inverter, half to the other (not paralleling PV inputs).

I would isolate one inverter's PV panels for a day or so to see which one or both is contributing to the overcharging. It seems to me that one of them has to be faulty.
