June 7, 20197 yr Can anyone recommend a registered person in PTA who delivers quality work at a fair price, and who understand solar systems well enough to write a CoC for an installation with a solar system? I'm in the (slow) process of installing systems at both my and my parents' places. Both our DBs are too small, though, so I want to install new DBs. In both cases the wall opening will have to be enlarged. I was planning to do it myself, but I'm not sure I'll be able to complete the job in a day per DB, and I don't want to end in a situation where either party ends up without power for an evening because I'm still chiseling bricks out of the wall. So I'd like to get prices on having the DBs replaced by someone who will do a quick and good job. I'll be sourcing the DBs and switchgear myself. In the longer term I'd like the same person to do the CoC for the installations, so it will make it easier for me and them to have them involved from the start.
