With the Axpert 5kw, what is the difference between program 12 and 13, when you have selected SBU ?

Too simple. Setting 12 has the battery voltage at which the battery is considered too low, so rather than have the battery support the loads (assisted by PV if present), the inverter switches to 'line mode" and the AC-in supports the load (obviously, assuming that there is AC-in present). Setting 13 is the battery voltage at which you consider the battery to be strong enough to go back to battery mode, i.e. the battery and PV support the loads.
