Omnik hybrid inverter communication problem

Hi All expert

     Sorry for bad english language.  5 year ago I bought Omnik Hybrid inverter model Omnikhyd-3.0k-TL from some one ,  got only inverter no software no communication cable no warranty . I install it only on grid no battery and work well.  Now I want to add new battery backup and setup battery parameter inverter I try to connect it with SolarPower software via rs232-usb cable but not work no response from it.  could anyone  please help me

Already try at 2400 bps or higher. no differential no response

Not all USB to RS232 adapters seem to work with Voltronic Power inverters. The know-good ones seem to use a PL2303 chip; there is a chip checker in this post.

Today I try again with RS232 to USB PL2303 RA chip. as expected no response from inverter
