Mecer Lobo Not Displaying

My mecer lobo 2.4kv invertor is powering up but the screen only pops blue then goes blank without displaying anything..what might be the problem

    I dont know much about these type of inverters, but to start of the Faultfinding,  I would check the AC incoming fuse as well as the battery Voltage.
