December 12, 20196 yr Hi My question about the inverter shown in the image. All parameters and settings have been confirmed and correct, but the utility input signal does not appear on the screen, and utility charging cannot be performed. Please Help
December 12, 20196 yr Can you measure around 230 VAC at the AC-in terminals? 3 kW models have a separate battery charger, so they may behave a bit different to the 5 kVA models that I'm familiar with. But it seems to me that if AC-in is present, the icon should at least be present. If the quality is considered bad, I think it should flash the icon, as long as you have at least 80 VAC or so. I did the measurement and it was 230vac, but the icon does not appear.
December 13, 20196 yr If it's 230±1 VAC (i.e. 229-231 VAC), then that sounds like the inverter output, rather than the inverter input. What is the nominal grid voltage at your location?
