Vp-3000 inverter Ac charge

Featured Replies

Hi

My question about the inverter shown in the image.

All parameters and settings have been confirmed and correct, but the utility input signal does not appear on the screen, and utility charging cannot be performed.

Please Help

Can you measure around 230 VAC at the AC-in terminals?

3 kW models have a separate battery charger, so they may behave a bit different to the 5 kVA models that I'm familiar with. But it seems to me that if AC-in is present, the icon should at least be present. If the quality is considered bad, I think it should flash the icon, as long as you have at least 80 VAC or so.
