I have a modbus card and I would like to communicate with a 10kW infinisolar inverter. the problem is that after configuring the card and reporting the information on the powersoler pro software, I notice that the connection is still not established. I do not know what to do. please help.

I think you have to use different software to communicate with the inverter using Modbus card. Not solarpower.

But the solarpower Pro software was on the CD in the same box in which was the modbus card. 

could you tell me the software you use at home for surveillance?

I think the default software we use is called solar power. And that he is different from solarpower PRO.

 

I also have the default solar power software that came with the inverter but don't really use it.

Using ICC to monitor the data coming from the inverter via the USB.

I do have a modbus card installed but not for communication, I have it connected to a energy meter for powering non-essential loads when there is excess PV.
