June 23, 20206 yr Morning all. I got a warning code 10 on my Mecer 5 KVA inverter. It says output voltage unstable. Switched off and reset the system now it is gone but why did it display this warning? Help!! Edited June 23, 20206 yr by Mikey Schultz

A quick read of the firmware indicates that this happens in line mode if the AC input voltage falls below 170 VAC. What 5 kVA model Mecer do you have? It might vary depending on the model; the above comes from the Axpert MKS PF0.8 firmware (just because I know it better than the others). What does your inverter say the input voltage is when this happens? What does a trusted multimeter say? (Naturally, measure with caution.)
June 23, 20206 yr Author Hi. Thanks for your response. It has cleared and not returned but I was not present when this occurred. If it does it again I will certainly do the measurements thank you. I will check what model it is and let you know. I do know it is not the King inverter. Can I rack your brain on another installation I am busy with or do I start another chat? Regards
