July 9, 20206 yr Hi all I just added a second Pylontech - now got 2 US2000's. I'm running ESS. Can I change Maximum charge current to 50A? Any other settings that needs changing?

The BMS already tells the GX how much current it wants you to use, there is no reason to set your own. If you do set one, the system uses the lower one of the two (the one you set or the one the battery sent). So yes, you absolutely can/may change that to 50A... but it really will have no effect, since the battery already sends 50A.

Leaving it at 25A I only get about 1300W charge when set to KEEP BATTERIES CHARGED. Goes up to about 1900W when setting that to 50A.
