July 17, 20206 yr Good day. We have the following off grid solar setup. - Axpert 5KVA inverter, - 9 x 330W Solar pannels - 2 x 48V batteries. We had a Mercer inverter that died on us this week. It was replaced with the Axpert. Inverter was installed. The inverter display show that the solar panels supply 130V, but it does not connect to the panels and no charge is coming from the panels. No changes were made to the system, except for the inverter. Could someone please help?

July 18, 20206 yr Author Hi. Yes, thank you. The model supplied was indeed not the correct one for the voltage from the panels. Luckily they exchanged it and we are back up and running.
