Konrad Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 Hi all Maybe this question is answered somewhere already. Apologies if I ask this again. Is there any way to set up the inverter so that it uses battery power to supplement AC loads during the evening without using a Rasberry Pi? Ideally it should use solar firs priority during the day and use stored energy in the battery to power AC loads during the eving? Almost like a Victron ESS system. Your inputs will be of great help. Thank you Quote

I believe that just changing setting 01 to SOL (Solar first) output source priority will do this. Though the blending of battery and AC-in power is still a little mysterious to me. Perhaps owners could describe what happens at night in line (bypass) mode. You may find it's best to have a Raspberry Pi to run ICC even though it's not needed for the above, to take best care of your battery, and to allow you to control and monitor your system. Quote
