Axpert MKS ii 5KW battery usage

Hi all

Maybe this question is answered somewhere already. Apologies if I ask this again.

Is there any way to set up the inverter so that it uses battery power to supplement AC loads during the evening without using a Rasberry Pi?

Ideally it should use solar firs priority during the day and use stored energy in the battery to power AC loads during the eving?

Almost like a Victron ESS system.

Your inputs will be of great help. Thank you

I believe that just changing setting 01 to SOL (Solar first) output source priority will do this. Though the blending of battery and AC-in power is still a little mysterious to me. Perhaps owners could describe what happens at night in line (bypass) mode.

You may find it's best to have a Raspberry Pi to run ICC even though it's not needed for the above, to take best care of your battery, and to allow you to control and monitor your system.
