Hi All

I am new to this solar installations and have been working as a Electrician for 40 years plus I have just installed a solarsolved (Axpert) MKS II 5kw 48volt inverter 80A MPPT

My Problem is when the inverter is running on batteries and mains no problem everything works fine in the house but as soon as I switch on the PV pannels I get white streaks across my display on my monitor for the cameras and my Netflex M box looses signal also the dstv in bedroom switches off also interfers with wifi router

The explorer in the lounge and dstv work fine I have 4 360w panels on roof and 8/100a/hour batteries

Maybe somebody can help as I say when pv is off all ok switch on breaker all hell breaks loose

Any Ideas will help

Thanx

Chris

You may have to shield the PV cable, and/or switch to other solar charge controllers. Try to keep the PV cable away from any RF cables (cameras, etc). The MKS IIs have half-waves of inverter output voltage superimposed between the conductors and earth. MKS (non-II) models don't do this; it connects directly to the battery.
