I bought a 5Kw Axpert a few years ago, PIP 5048MS(64), ver 72.10. I have now bought a FCS MKS II, ver 71 80.

Will it be possible to conect them in parallel.

No, these are different models, with e.g. vastly different maximum charge current capability. To parallel, you need the same model. Usually, you need the same or very similar firmware as well. See Parallel compatibility of various firmware versions.
