October 12, 20205 yr There are a few mysterious references to a timer function on the King. Cant find it in any settings. The thing is essentially a double conversion online UPS, taking grid power, conveting to DC then back to AC to feed the load with nice clean power. It would be great to set a timer to put it into eco mode at night to get around the inefficiency of the double conversion system. During the day it's fine as it blends solar power into the load. Anybody know if this is possible or would one need external gadget with ICC? Rob

Anybody know if this is possible or would one need external gadget with ICC? The "timer functions" may be related to the mysterious QOPPT command, which I mention briefly here. I don't have time to dig right now, but I don't think I solved it. I also don't know if ECO (bypass) versus line or battery mode can be set by timer (or even be queried).
