So the reason for the 2 neutral bars is to have all the neutrals that doesn't run through the EL on one bar and then everything that runs through the EL on the second bar.
October 29, 20205 yr Generally you will have at least 2 Neutral points (more if you have more than one earth leakage protection device). One for the neutral before the earth leakage protection and one for after. If you mix them up you will have your earth leakage breaker constantly tripping.
