I have a Growatt Es 5000 Inverter with pylontech us 3000c x 2 batteries

And 12 x 385w  panels 

My battery is failing in the early morning with an error 52 low buzz voltage 

Settings on Inverter are

1 SBU

2 60 Amp

3 APL

4 Disabled

5 USE

6 ENA

7 ENA 

8 230

9 50

10 4

11 37

12 44

13 48

14 SNU

18 ENA

19 53.5

20 52.5

21 43.9

Please any one that can provide info on how to fix the problem your help is appreciated

Hi Elio I need to check if you are connected to the utility grid or not?

 

If you are not connected to the grid then the inverter is working well. The only thing that you could improve is connecting the battery bms to the can  port of the inverter as the inverter supports that.

 

If you are  connected to a utility grid then you might have an error.
