Hi,

I am using Pylontech battery controller SC1000 and batteryview version 3.8 to monitor data from battery.I need to save this data.

I am saving this data using log files but it gives in the interval of 30 minutes.

Can anyone support if there is option to take back up of all logs.

    Logging is set to log an entry every 30 minutes. So that is normal. What are you expecting?

    Also, please can you share BatteryView version 3.8
