Hi Everyone.

I have three x IFS V2 "5kw" hybrid inverters connected in parallel and setup to support 3 phase equipment and one inverter in a phase.

Each inverter has its own string of panels hooked up as recommended. There's no batteries connected to the system currently. 

The problem I'm experiencing is that everyday at roughly 17H00 the inverters trip and give error codes, and I don't know why or what's the cause.

The first inverter connected to phase 1 shows error code 80 "Can fault". Inverter two connected to phase 2 and three connected to phase 3 shows error code 52 "Bus voltage is too low".

I've measured the Utility input voltages on each phase and found a bit of inconsistency there, 190VAC, 225VAC and 240VAC, not sure if it could be the cause though.

Any advice, feedback or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Is that with a multimeter or according to each inverter's display?

I would suspect a neutral problem; all the AC-in neutrals should be commoned, and all 3 connected to the grid neutral. I don't believe that these inverters can operate properly without a solid neutral back to the utility transformer.

Presumably the inverters all have paralleling cards, and you have checked the cables and wiring. Presumably, the three inverters are set to 3P1, 3P2, and 3P3 for output mode (setting 28).

Is that with a multimeter or according to each inverter's display? It's with a Multimeter.

I would suspect a neutral problem; all the AC-in neutrals should be commoned, and all 3 connected to the grid neutral. I don't believe that these inverters can operate properly without a solid neutral back to the utility transformer. All AC neutrals are commoned and connected to grid neutral, I'll just check connections again.

I've noticed now that if I disconnect the Panels before the said tripping time, the Inverters doesn't trip at all.

It leads me to believe that it's most probably DC related then, the fact that no batteries are connected to the inverters could play a role here, or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Are you sure that these are supposed to be able to operate without battery when paralleled or with 3-phase? I believe that these are the Axpert-looking ones, which quite possibly have mostly Axpert electronics inside (even though they are true hybrid Infini models), and I'm pretty sure that Axperts can't operate batteryless when in parallel or 3-phase.

Sorry, I should have thought of that earlier.
