Please excuse if this is in the wrong channel.

My underfloor heating load is causing me a lot of problems in that if they are all on, my load is already 11kW.

If the geyser or any other heavy load kicks in, my feed trips, I have a 13.8kW limit. 

What I am thinking is that if I had a timer/rely that has 1 input and 3 outputs, I can "program" the relay to switch between each circuit every x minutes, reducing the load drastically, but still having enough time to heat the respective rooms.

 

Any ideas?
