I have similar Esener 14;.33kWh, it retails for R29k VAT Included and it is really nice with colour touchscreen the works: How i see it/calculate it: It works out to R9963 for an 5kWh battery. No brainer. The Deyness @ R36000 work out to R12371 for an 5kWh battery. So there you are close to buying separate 5kWh batteries. The Esener 16kWh now retails for about R32k

Selling both for R3000, they sometimes give cell over voltage error, so i assume one or two cells in each battery maybe need replacement. They are still working. So buy both and make one good one. for the more technical DIY type of person. Centrurion.

The pic is on the battery itself so maybe you can tell us? Anyway sorry i was i bit harsh, but we all have our days. I think at some stage LI-ION was used as a broader word to say Lithium family, i do recall when i bought them i spoke to Segen and they confirmed LIFePO4.

yes if you want to use the comms, i have a Kodak 7.2kW and works well, i just want to add some more kWh and the giters are not for sale anymore unfortunately. They will still work with most inverters without comms by setting the voltages manually. They served me well.

Not sure what you mean by too low? The Victron starts balancing at 27V, thus normally only on the charge cycle. The HA02 works differently, it will try to balance from a lower voltage true, so not just with the charge cycle. The Victron balances at 1A and the HA02 much less depending on the Voltage difference.

Yes they have a BMS on battery, 100A charge and discharge.
