  1. The MultiSibControl Software has a "Device Control" section, in which the user can define a set of rules to activate or deactivate smart plugs. It could be programmed to disable non-critical loads, in case the inverter load is close to nominal, there is not enough sun, or the battery is below a certain voltage. My question is, did someone successfully manage to use this function ? Which platform did you use to link your smart plugs to a URL trigger ? Edit: IFTTT/Webhooks works great.
  2. Yes it was me that posted on the Pylontech Facebook group. Yes sorry my bad the 7 are US2000's They were all balanced and on 100% 2 days ago. I noticed last night that the US3000C went into idle with a state of charge of 89%. The rest of the batteries did charge back to 100% today. The coms cable is the original one that I was using. 4-5 7-8 RS458 ( I can confirm coms is running atm) 123 are not connected.
  3. Thank you, This issue somehow resolved itself. I just left the cable connected with my first inverter set to PYL and it started communicating after some time.
  4. Hi everyone, My current setup is as follows. 2 x Axpert King Inverters in Parallel 1st master and 2nd slave with the Pylontech cable installed to my master battery and battery type set to PYL. 1 x US3000C Pylontech (Master with dip 1 down and Pyl cable connected to the Master inverter and coms is up and I can see the battery icon flashing on the inverter. 7 x US2000C which are all working fine. My issue that I have is that the first/Master US3000C battery is in idle/sleep mode. The current SOC of this battery is 89% I cant get it to fire up or start up. I measure 0 volts at the outputs. If I press the reset button it resets all the batteries and then goes straight back into idle mode. The BMS is obviously still up and running as it controls the rest of my bank. This battery is brand new with only 7 cycles done in the last couple of weeks. Nothing changed on my side and everything worked fine up until now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  5. Hi Guys, I have an issue that I can't seem to get my head around. I have had a single Axpert King running with my Pylontech batteries using the RS458 cable and PYL enabled without any issues for over a year now. I have now added a second Axpert King as a slave and I just cant get communication between the Pylontech and the inverter. Is there something that I am missing ? The inverters both reads the SOC as 60% but the data stream that I am getting from the console port shows them at 100% Main CPU version on both inverters are 00072.00 Note inverter 1 and 2 SOC vs Pylon SOC on the attached screenshot. UPDATE!! I have now set the first inverter to PYL and the second to user as someone mentioned this on another forum but it is still not working for me. Thank you kindly
  6. My mom has installed an Meccer/Axpert King (Model Name SOL-I-AX-5KP) with 2 Pylontech US3000c batteries. I have 3 issues that I cant get working: 1.What is the correct ADD jumper setting for the master battery as they are all upside down on the US3000C. So what should it be in order for the RS458 Cable to the inverter to read the correct SOC ? 2.What are the correct pinouts for the US3000c to the Inverter side ? What are the correct pinouts for the RS232 console port as these batteries have RJ45 connectors ( My US2000 batteries has RJ11 connectors. So long story short as I said this is for my mom. I have an Axpert king installed with 8 x US2000c batteries at my house and I have no issue at all. I tried my cables and obviously the console cable will not work because of the RJ45 instead of RJ11 connector. But now why doesn’t my Inverter to RJ458 works? At this stage I would just like to have the correct jumper settings, Pinout for the RS458 battery side and the ups side. Then I can set the inverter to PYL mode and we can then at least get the correct SOC without the Inverter thinking that the batteries are running low. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
