  2. Yeah, i after realized that tool has no option for that.. That would really be something else ๐Ÿ˜…
  3. Well guess what, it all worked! Bms comms restored and therefore the soc is now showing as it should appaerently. It is now 11pm and the soc is 77% at 49.5v, discharging at 4A(~230w) just lighting. I must thank you once again for your support on this one. Still, i must confess i almost wet my pants when i saw the display going dark ๐Ÿ˜† as i read somewhere it could happen if the upload got interrupted or something gone wrong ๐Ÿ˜… Will monitor the system closely for the next few days and post if i find anything odd. Cheers!
  4. Thank you Coulomb, i will try to backup the current firmware just in case before i upload the new one. Hope to come back with some good news Cheers
  5. U1 69 01 U2 112 14 I think this is it
  6. We meet again Coulomb, hope everythings allright on your side. Well i assume the display module carries all major comms, but since i have no idea about how the software runs on these inverters i though id better ask the general question. As for the cables, i already tried every combo(using the recomended pinout) i could think of, plus the dealer sent a custom cable with only 2 wires crimped on one end, pin 3>8, pin 5>7, and a stock reversible cable as well. Also there is an issue with the soc reading, while the batteries are full led lit, the inverter says they are at a max of 53%, im assuming its the firmwares fault too. Right now at 2am soc is 21% at 49.8v no loads active. Toughts? Cheers
  7. Does anyone have axpert max 7.2k firmware updates? Got the typical no comunications with pylontech bms. Best regards Fรกbio
  8. Hey Coulomb how are you? You got me confused for a sec there, thought I was in a different forum. I was the one who opened the thread named "Dead Effekta Ax 3000 24 plus" few weeks ago. I ordered a new blank processor as I was doing some research around this subject, until it arrived this friday at the same time I stumbled on this thread. As I mentioned before, the inverter is a german one branded Effekta, model ax p3000 24, do you know what is this one equivalent to on the other brands like MPP or wtv? It was manufactured in 2015 and has I read somewhere it is an early version with the big heatsink on the top. I already dessoldered the mcu from the main board, and it has another one on the SCC board. 5v regulator is ok, as I removed the mcu the output short cleared so I assume it was the culprit as it was getting quite hot. I will clean the solder on the pins of the old one and test for shorts, if it clears perhaps its not damaged afterall and can clone it if needed
  9. So, I must ask.. why is this post so silent since 2019? Hope every one is ok to this day, with all the pandemic and the war going on. Issue: The logic psu of my inverter had a short and after some tracing and testing I found out it was comming from the micro controller has it would get very hot too. So I am hopping to flash a new blank chip like vladgone did. I am very basic at programming but quite persistent as well. I suppose it would be necessary to get some kind of external programmer.. Someone please shed some light over here ๐Ÿ˜… Best regards Fรกbio
  10. Well thats what I was affraid of.. Thanks for your help anyway
  11. Hello Coulomb and thanks for your response. Was thinking on getting a new blank processor, and was going to ask here for a custom firmware or something like that and burn it onto the chip, I can(try) and solder a new one to the board using hot air just like I removed it in one piece, but the issue will still be the firmware. The chip is a Freescale mc9s08ac48. It seems this one is going to rest on the shelf, as the dealler only sells the entire board. I wonder if the secondary processor on the scc has a simillar code structure..
  12. Hi all. I stumbled to this forum looking for some guidelines because I got an Effekta AX 3kva 24v inverter from Germany, which had no power at all. Meanwhile i managed to repair the SPS and found a 5v to gnd short. Besides the 5v regulator which was obviously hot, i noticed the uC was hot as well so I removed it and the short was gone. So that being said, how do I order a new processor? Thanks in advance
