Posted 1 hour ago Hi. I managed to get my loads balanced etc. I tried to flash the inverters with the flashing tool to install the firmware update. Not sure what went wrong but the tool picked up com4 and opened it. It did fail to communicate after a few minutes and I eventually left it. Did I do something wrong or is there software I can use to do the firmware upgrade? I was told to use Watchpower but my inverters are not on Wifi. The suppliers in SA are not to helpfull and want me to take them off and send them in for the upgrade. With the load shedding, we get it will not be possible to take that route.

Lastly. If you say the load difference between the two inverters is not firmware related. What could it be. My load sharing cable are connect as per instruction manual. What else could be the problem.

Hi. What firmware should I update on this inverter. It still runs on 52.30 and where would I be able to find it.

Hi. I hope you can help. I got 2 axpert 5kva inverters in parallel. (Bought in 2017) Firmware 52 30. Recently the load between the inverters started to differ when it is in overide mode. So that one will overload and the other will be on 25%. I was told to do a firmware update but nobody wants to tell me what firmware to update it to. And where I can find it. Would you be able to point me in the right direction.
