Advise on grid voltage issues
The pc boards on the equipment have voltage monitoring and that's what is preventing it from running. Effectively I've added motorized breakers to the grid supply with a timer for the mornings and evenings to resolve this. I was looking for a smart voltage monitor to send a signal to the breaker when needed or to get a voltage, phase protection device instead of the timer

Advise on grid voltage issues
Thanks the 3phase equipment control circuits will not allow it to run due to voltage issues Mornings and evenings is when the voltage issues come up. Then it's also more current draw due to the lower voltage

Advise on grid voltage issues
Hi all. Hope I'm posting in the correct spot, I've have 3phase power and for 3 years I've had voltage issues. The municipal cannot assist as it's border line of the10% tolerance. L1 225, L2 210, L3 222 I have a few ups and the constantly using more power to maintain 230v. The low voltage also creates isues to my 3 phase equequipment. I was thinking of removing the grid supply and connecting it to the gen port and let it charge the batteries. My question is Will the gen port dictate the voltage or will the inverter maintain 230v like it does when their is no grid supply? Im usung , Deye 12kw 3p inverters, hubble am2 batteries

Deye 12kw 3ph x 2 in Parrallel
Solved. I had to delete all plants on Solar man and Deye Cloud, readded both loggers to the one plant and is now showing it.

Deye 12kw 3ph x 2 in Parrallel
Good day, I have two Deye 12kw inverters in parrallel. I have the Wi-Fi dongle connected to the master inverter and use the Deye cloud app. The slave inverter does not have a dongle connected, just the network cable between the parallel ports My issue is the app is not showing both inverters or combined data. For example, both inverters have a pv string connected but the app only shows the pv string of the master inverter. Does this mean that although the inverters are in a master / slave setup, each inverter are to be loaded independently on the app and to have its own dongle? The Or am I just doing something wrong.

Fire risk of solar, battery installation
Thanks I'm using the hubble cloudlink link to monitor and planning on buying solar assistant to replace the current monitoring system

Thanks guys. Just don't want to create unnecessary risk

Fire risk of solar, battery installation
Hi all, I currently have the following installing in my garage situated below the primary residence which is directly below my lounge. 12kw Deye inverter 10 hubble am2 5.5kw batteries 22 panels on the roof. My concern is fire loading and risk of an uncontrollable fire. When I park my car in the garage, their is alot of heat from the cars engine and worried it would cause issues with the installation I was thinking of buying a steel shed and placing it 30m away from the house and installing to install the batteries inside it. But the dc cable thickness is really big and not going to be feasible. I was thinking to then rather install everything in the shed. Is my concern warranted or not.

12kw Deye, incorrect kw purchased, meter?
Thanks will change the setting to enable export to ct and get the Chint meter. The ac is part inverter meaning it has one inverter compressor and two non inverter compressor. So once it reaches temperatures it does not draw much.

12kw Deye, incorrect kw purchased, meter?
It's a 82000btu ducted aircon. About 32amps it will draw so I'm sure it will trip the inverter when the outside box comes on

12kw Deye, incorrect kw purchased, meter?
the load is too high for the inverter Hvac is 24kw Oven is 3kw Stove 2.5kw 29.5kw shortfall. So I don't want the inverter to trip out. I know all will not be running at full load but I don't want to risk it

12kw Deye, incorrect kw purchased, meter?
@Sc00bs The CT is installed correctly at my DB board main breaker. Per the pic you posted, the On Grid Load is not reflecting on the inverter. If i set the inverter config to enable Export to CT, then it will show the correct consumption. I can not have it set to this permently due to the size of my aircon. This is why i wanted to know if it will show the correct consumpton with the chint meter before i spend on something that might not work out

12kw Deye, incorrect kw purchased, meter?
I currently have my ct and the supply to the house and zero export to load set. This means my oven, stove and AC are not supplied by the inverter. The problem I have is the app does not show the load from these devices. If I enable export to ct it shows the correct consumption. If I install the chint dtsu666 meter and zero export to load enabled will it show the correct kw purchased?

Are the problems with Hubble repairs getting less and /or resolved sooner?
What is the expected turnaround? My friend battery bms is faulty in year 3 which is not under warranty. Had to pay for transportation from dbn to jhb They don't ask for all the information at once. It's week 3/4 and no update This was the master battery in the pack Another install 1 of 3 batteries goes on fault on startup. System used as a ups for alarm and cctv so less than 3kw a day consumption. Fault with the master battery. Will be taking it out tomorrow.

Deye 12kw F26 BusUnbalance_Fault occurred in pla...
Hi all, I recently had done some changes on my setup I use to have two strings of 8 panels. I now have one string of 10 460w panels and another string of 10. String 1 faces North, String 2 faces South. Due to the orientation and angle pv2 produces half of pv1. How can I resolve F26 error. I thought of changing pv 2 to 2 set of 8 panels in parallel on the same side of the roof thus voltage stays the same but amps double
