On the sunsync app and on the sunsync web application. It shows the total load ups+non essential where can i see only the ups load

Anyone know where to see only the ups load Kw value on the app or web app?

@TimCam there are budget constraints but i will just enter the max discharge into the inverter so not to overpull the battery. my peak power consumption is around 3-5kw hence i opted for a 8kw. batteries i will build up as i start saving with my setup.

I was thinking of either Freedom won etower or pylontech. Etower has local support and not a bad price for the 5kw etower @Speedsterwhat are you selling your pylons for and what is the date of manufacture on them?

Hi Guys i have a 8kw sunsync inverter setup i am looking to buy a battery set what would be the best recommended battery bank? And what size. My daily power usage is on average 10kw. Peak power is 3kw.

@Tariq nope when my DC falls away the inverter goes into that limp mode and all the measurements stop working. This morning when the panels produced some power it came on again.

Hi Guys managed to get it working setup and wiring was correct. if there is not DC present from solar or Battery the inverter goes to limp mode and all the readings do not work

Hi Craig i had it connected like that my CT shows no measurement and i am reading mV coming from the CT. now i have my house connected on the load side of the inverter and its showing im pullings amps but no watts

Hi guys i need some help with my inverter hopefully someone can help. I bough a Sunsynk 8kw inverter and installed it. Currently running without batteries still need to connect them up. Settings was changed to no batteries. Inverter did not like that came up with a F13 fault, had to reset all faults cleared. Grid is connected to grid on the inverter DC switch on, green button pressed in. I still need to fault find the solar as its not showing im generating anything(for another discussion) the CT is connected in 5/6 plus being white and black negative. I am measuring 30mV coming from the CT. (I have swoped it around as read in previous forums suggested still does not work. The problems i have is the CT is not showing any watt value. On the top left corner of the display it shows off in green is this normal? I will fault find the solar power over the weekend maybe i wired a plug incorrectly. Sunsync technical support did not help much. Any help would be appreciated.
