When I was overseas I discovered logging stopped about one year after installation. Back home no lights were on on the Solarman stick logger.
Reset button had no effect. Thought logger was broken. Finally after some weeks I disconnected the logger and inserted it again in the inverter and voila:  Logging started again. 
Could not imagine it was that simple.

Alternatively to the above - untick use timer and this will force the inverter to charge batteries to 100% 

At the work mode screen set the morning time to 100% and tick/check grid charge.
That will bring the battery up to 100% from the grid if there is not enough solar.
