  1. I am now in contact with Dyness directly, they are pretty helpful. Issue now is that we SA seems to be the only country with the SunPro inverter brand! it must be rebranded and sold locally, if anyone knows what or who manufactures the Inverter it will be useful to me and Dyness.
  2. There must be dip switch setting that will allow you to set master and slave on the batteries, which will allow them to communicate with the Inverter. As said above there is no problem with the working of the Inverter, it has been working for 2 months without hassle, only issue is the comms error with the batteries. Is there settings for Series connected Dyness batteries, the manual only gives for a parallel setup.
  3. The Inverter requires 150v supply from the batteries, it is 3 phase.
  4. Evening If anyone can help, we are repairing an installation of a SunPro 3 phase inverter with 3 Dyness 48v batteries connected in series. It is working, but has communication error with batteries. The manual gives settings for parallel installation, not series. How must the dispatches be set on the 3 batteries and where must the comms cable be put?
  5. We contacted a Deye Technician, he says the fault is on the DC Converter Board, he is taking it off and repair/replacing it on Monday.
  6. the second pic which you are quoting, is the feedback from the inverter, not power to inverter. The PV is noy connected.
  7. The inverter does not pick up the DC at all even though once the PV is switched on there is 114vdc measuring. most of you have said that there could be a high resistance on the panels, we have checked all connections do not find any problems there, what else can we check? the panels were connected on another system and we did not have an issue, what could change? the electrician has said that there is a polarity change, is there something to that too? I am snatching a hairs, but I am learning to, so any help is greatly appreciated!
  8. I am going to the installation, early evening. I will check all connections again and will take pics if I don't find anything physical. Solar panel JA 455w x8 in series, one string. on one mppt.
  9. but the voltage dropping from 400v to 80v is not correct, the inverter does not show the PV at all.
  10. on the Deye inverter, which setting can be set to get the maximum voltage and current?
  11. Just trying to understand, how and why? Surely there shouldn't be such a drop, doesn't make sense as my limited experience that shows a short of some type?
  12. Good day, I am experiencing a strange problem with the Datalogger on my Growatt SPF 3000TL HMV-24. it was damaged when installed and i had it repaired, it is working except the Datalogger board does not work, the lights do not come on at all. Does anyone have an inverter that is open that you could take a picture of all connections on the main board, so i can check my connections? Can i also have the voltage on the connections and schematic to check all connections. Much appreciated
