THERE ARE 4 TYPES OF 06 ERROR THAT CAN POP UP IN SMALL 1-2K INVERTER AND 3-5 K INVERTER 1- BAD ZENERS CAN EASILY CAUSE 06 ERROR TO HAPPEN 1-2K 2- BAD CONNECTIONS CAN ESPECIALLY BETWEEN THE EMIITER OF MOST LEFT IGBTS ON AC AND COLLECTOR OF THE ONE BESIDE IT (WHEN YOU VIEW THEM FROM FRONT) 3- BAD COPLER .. I SOLVED COPLER SHORTED PARTLY THAT CAUSE 1K RESISTANCE TO APPEAR ACROSS ONE IGBT...THE MOMENT THE CPU SEND PULSES THE 16VDC ZENER VOLTAGE SAGS TO 12VDC ...OTHER ZENERS ALL AT 14VDC SO I RELIZED COPLER OF THE IGBT IS PROLEMATIC CHANGING THE COPLER SOLVED 06 1-2K the boardcan be fliped and testing zener voltages while the inverteer working 4- MARGNAL COPLER ...THIS ONE IS STRANGE THE WAVEFORM APPEARS BUT A BIT LESS THAN 15VDC AND LESS THAN 5.5VDC I CHNAGED ALL COPLERS AND ZENERS WITH SAME NUMBER STILL ALL ZENERS ARE 13 TO 13.5 AND ALL 5.5 ARE ONLY 5.3 ...ONLY WHEN I REPLACE T5130 WITH T350 THE Z DIODES BACK TO 5.5VDC AND 14.5 VDC AND 06 DISAPPEARED 5- igbt with very high input capacitance have caused the 16vdc zener in 2k 1k inverter voltage to drop to 8vdc and 06 appear when replaced with 40 amps igbt low cappacitance 14vdc is back and 06 disappear all those solutions are from real life rreepairs remember in 1k inverter error 53 not exist if no output ac out and no error 09 the inverter announce 06 also remeember coopler 3150 is dodgy even if new
  2. Sorotec inverter have same fan plug i am stuck which fan goes to which plug ....one plug have fan1 written on it other plug have fan 2 written on it ...but whcich fan 1 and which is fan2 @Coulomb

Replaced all caps and new 7912 now 11.90 very acceptable..still bringing voltage up will stress component if they are dodgy ...i have seen this soon as i put new caps new 7912 some thing goes down Any body operated igbts not heat sinked...2 are at terrible tempreture...i cant touch them after 1 mint ...is that normal ..

I get 2 inverters that tell me deeps truths about repair of thsrse things One have shorted only 4 fets so i decided to replace ..only bad ones ..turn on the device it work fine however 12 reg is only giving 8vdc and there is crazy measurment problem.like showing once i put it in charge. Mode charging powrr 2k... Replacing ..12vdc reg still bad..so i decided to replace all the fets and reg. Stablize 11.5vdc.. But soon when turn on 2 igbt dc dc burnned i replaced all dc dc igbtt and thieer zener and set of 2sa1020..and other 2655 and all back to normal.... In second inverter i replaced 2 bad ac. Igbt and the inverter work for while drawing 2.6a from 24vdc ps and fet get shorted... I replaced all fets and replaced all zeners5.6 18vdc z. And all coplers ...all l44 diodes .. The inverter work and draws around 1.6 a from sp loaded it 100 watt for hour no issues..but reg ic inly 11.2 vdc In untshell it seems that structures that about to fail will stress 12vdc and draws high currents from ps But do u think 11.2 is stil normal @coulomb

Clean all ..remove igbts ..start by primary side replace 10 ohm resistors and bad igbts...this design have 12 fet 8 for inverter operation 4 for reverse conect protect...repalce all bad fets Go to secondary side ...remove all igbt clean all ...now crtical this inverter igbt turn off at 0 voltage so no 5.6 zeners all zeners in red orange color are a 16vdc zener...with all igbt off and fets are fited u should get error 05 and 370 vdc on big caps ..put ur meter on vdc and test all voltage on zeners u should get 16vdc if this low then ur coplers are shorted u must geet 16vdc on zeners by the way there are only 3 zeners 2 underneath board one is so far near smps...strange it feels 3 zener for 4 igbts but that is. True Now if u get 16vdc on zeners ..put ur meter on voltage scale and turn on the inverter is all ok u should get 1.5 to 2.5vdc that appear momentarily between gate and emitter for igbt one by one in all igbts ...if that happen put all igbts in solder well pay attention to 10 ohm or 47 oh. R if any open...and u should now get 220ac
  6. today i solved mysteries charging problem inverter cant reach to floating of 27vdc or way exceed 27vdc ...with strange huge battery charging current ...battery that is around float cant pull huge current when turn grid ac off i noticed that there still charging current suggested by screen go figure ...charging current with ac input off i replaced current coil sensor.....no use i tested lm7912 voltage and the dude give me 8vdc- big ehhhhaaaaa i replace all caps and lm7912 and the imaginary charging current went to 0 (with input ac off) and once ac input on the inverter locked at float 27vdc with logical 3 amps of battery current more and more 7912 and caps failure with multiple symptoms ranging from all kind of measurement problem to igbt random failures pictures later stay tuned all @Coulomb

  8. i still have inerter with 08 i have the cpu board ...new one can you indicate me the capacitors in question so that i can change both cpu board and caps and get rid of this stubborn error? see the picture ? which cap? @Coulomb
  9. Truly...from now on...i will automatically replace all caps and the 7912 automatically....they solo reaponsible for many faults...they effect the longevity for the repaired device..
  10. today i cured random dc-dc igbt burn despite the fact that they have reasonable waveform by replacing all caps in the smps with 1600mf 25vdc....never put1000mf the 220 appear and no more burnt igbts i also repllace lm7912 am not aware which one cured the random igbt blow
  11. there is actually 100 ohm in clone models ...it is 101 it tested 100 still yet it was bit blackned so i replaced it
  12. today i beat 06 error by only resolder broken track in the ac igbts ....it was cut under the pcb inverter come in with badly blown ac igbts i replaced all igbts and bad zeners and one bad coupler ....checked the waveform with all igbt out it was fine installed all igbts in again error 06 replaced all coupler and l44 diodes and all zeners .....no use still error 06 replaced all power supply caps and 7912 and even tl074 compartor ....still error 06 only when i left heat sink to find fine cut due to igbt explosion ....repair the pcb and installed the igbt back the bad connection happen in the collector of one of the ac igbts once fixed 06 disappear

I will comback again for for it...for now i will try to repair easy faults...need time to forget the disaster....some ferts went into smoke Never thought in an inverter that is 48vdc 5k draws only 1 amp when working as inverter all fets and igbt are super cold....every thing was telling me that it be a legendary repair Tell the big bang

The wave form appareantlly sound....the reason feta get hot is one 100 ohm resistor find open ...replaced it and every thing fine Test it under 700watt load all fine The disaster happen when i applied ac..input.......it charged good then in less than mint dc side fets exploded violently and my house ac triped off What a waste of time am extremely depressed..what cause invetr work fine as inverter and explode as a charger @Coulomb

The inverter worked and in less than minute fets get hot ....when i unsolder and scoped this same signal over all fets ...to me seems not notmal normall signal have that leaning from up and from bottom This one is too straight in top What say you? What can cause all 4 signals to get deformed ...seems impossible...unless its common fot all othem which will lead to sg3525? @Coulomb
