  1. Does anyone have a technical sheet for the used Pylontech cells? I am trying to repair/replace the defective cells. Do you have an idea and possibly a procedure how to reliably test the capacity and condition of cells and identify defective ones? I have some soldered outside from the blocks and some are still in blocks of 10 cells. How much current to discharge and charge the cells during the test? I have to charge icharge x8 for the test.
  2. These are my photos - problem - US2000+. I can confirm that my cells are behaving exactly the same, swollen cells gradually appear with different batteries. The number of cycles is up to 1000. I had a total of 9 batteries - 2 are already dead. Connection to PIP-5048MK via their communication and 4x converter, battery connected correctly according to Youd. So I wouldn't see the problem with the HW connection... Unfortunately, I bought them second-hand, so no complaints. I repaired one battery twice with a new cell about a year ago (similar in size but slightly thicker (I then had to adjust the cabinet) but I have it back in the workshop and I will diagnose what is going on in it...
  3. Hello, I would like advice on connecting the communication of the inverter and pylontech batteries. I use 3 inverters in a parallel system where each inverter has its own phase and the inverters are connected via parallel cards, everything works, the inverters know about each other and communicate, but now I need to connect the inverters via a cable to pylontech, (the cable is connected to the first inverter and the Pylontech master module ) communication only works with the converter to which the cable from the batteries is connected and the other 2 report error 61. How should the system be activated in this connection so that it works? Has anyone solved it? The converters have a built-in protocol for pylontech...
