Voltage leak by night on string one
When panels disconnected, the measure remain to zero. Yesterday I check and clean up humidity with a dry clothe on cable and rc4 and this night the measure remain to zero like expected

Voltage leak by night on string one
For the past two weeks, I've been experiencing strange behavior on one of my strings connected to my Voltronic Axpert Max E 8K. I observe an unstable measured voltage of 60-70V with very low intensities by night This is the first time it has happened in 3 years, and I haven't changed anything. I have several theories, but I'm not sure if they are correct. Oxidation of the grounding connection contacts, but the other string should also be affected since it shares the same ground. Or the RC4 connector being in partial contact with the ground due to vegetation and its proximity to the soil, combined with the very high ambient humidity. Or the last hypothesis, a faulty panel on the string that, with the rain and humidity, is causing a malfunction. The contact with the chassis does not cause an electric shock, but I haven't measured the voltage between the ground and the chassis. No impact during the day and last night no voltage after taking off RC4 away from vegetation 2 days before If anyone had an idea ???

BETA FIRMWARE AXPERT MAX 8 KW >>>MPPT improvement<<< (Based on stable 90.06)
I have been testing firmware 372.66 for 5 days, and for me, there has been almost no change from 272.66 Since the exposure of my 2 strings is the same, the impact of such granularity is beyond what I'm able to measure with Solar Assistant. Attached are 2 screenshots from 2 similar days on each of the firmware (Sorry, the weather hasn't been good lately in Brittany, France) Basically, since the abandonment of forcing a fixed voltage like on firmware 92.06 at 200V, which, if I remember correctly, reduced it the most, the 90V blocking effect in the morning and evening is still quite pronounced. Anyway, I'm a bit lost because personally, I can't concretely translate the impact of different patch threshold values on current and voltage just by observing the curves. I have the vague impression, perhaps incorrectly, that the threshold value only applies to the descent, and even then, I'm not sure. In any case, once again, a big thank you for your work! The premature float bug fix is invaluable PS : 272.66 is the first and 372.66 is the second

AXPERT MAX II 8kw firmware
@Coulomb Did you have time to take a look ?

Axpert 8kw hybrid, sent energy to grid
Yes it occurs sometimes essentially in SUB mode so without battery you are in this case. Nothing to do unfortunatly, with a battery in SBU mode, you can limit this but not completly When there is more solar than needed and sudden drop of your home need, IGBT can't fit instantly and the power need to be send somewhere and the only way is the grid since in SUB all sources are connected together But @Coulomb Can explain you this better than me

AXPERT MAX II 8kw firmware
If you have time I'm interested of course (200v PV voltage) maybe other people interested too ?

AXPERT MAX II 8kw firmware
Hi, I see firmware 72.72 for Max 8k, is the upgrade worth it from 72.66 (272.66 modified by @Coulomb) If it is the case Can you fix premature float bug in order to test it I also see remote panel 12.28, Can I upgrade ? For what panel chip is it intended ? Thanks a lot !

BETA FIRMWARE AXPERT MAX 8 KW >>>MPPT improvement<<< (Based on stable 90.06)
Look at Coulomb Tuesday 11:07 post's, it explain it, 272.66 is definetely better

BETA FIRMWARE AXPERT MAX 8 KW >>>MPPT improvement<<< (Based on stable 90.06)
Maybe it's only working when Amp are lowering and not increasing
-
BETA FIRMWARE AXPERT MAX 8 KW >>>MPPT improvement<<< (Based on stable 90.06)
Sorry but I don't understand how threshold is supposed to work, because voltage seems to increase always at 0,5A with 272.66 firmware and same with my previous firmware 172.62 (0,25A threshold) I join screenshot to illustrate First 272.66 and below 172.62

BETA FIRMWARE AXPERT MAX 8 KW >>>MPPT improvement<<< (Based on stable 90.06)
I want to flash but just to be sure Axpert Max E is same as what we called Axpert Max 1 or it's for Axpert Max 2 (with round screen)

One cell deviate after few cycle
I have a DIY 16s prismatic battery of 200Ah from GFITT ith Daly BMS 250A When I charge and balance my pack. I reach 0.005V deviation @3,625V but after a few cycle one cell (the one just before the positive global pack connector) deviate (see picture). the 15 others almost no deviation. Just this one.... The stranger thing is when I reach 48V (my bottom) It's not the most discharged of the pack. Why? bad battery connection ? Bad cell ? High internal resistance for this one ? Thanks PS : I know 3,625V is quite high I only use that to rebalance battery pack , but I use 55,2V for bulk on 53,6V for float in normal time

EASun iSolar SMV 8K -- EEPROM Fault
In my case the inverter is working for now more than 6 months. But instead of you, the serial number was the same in the eeprom and in the right side of the unit. Dummy serial maybe caused by clone ,eeprom failure or misprogramming in Factory. You need to ask easun support to give you axpert sn software to rewrite correct sn in the eeprom. After if its not working you probably need to return unit. Another possibility if you have a 2806 DSP, you can try the firmware build by Georges to avoid F90 check

Firmware Axpert Max Twin 11K
Yes it remain possible but in the same folder we have remote panel firmware and Axpert MAX II have no removable panel

Firmware Axpert Max Twin 11K
I regularly check Voltronic FTP and good news it seems a firmware for you has been published 13th march Infortunately I don't have any other information other than It's for MAXE 11KW TWIN FW U1 64.08, U2 38.08 Remote Panel_Reflash_MCU_3808.7z MAXE11K_TWIN_6408.7z

Balance LiFePO4
I agree with you, I've set 3,44V to start balance because I revert my bulk charge voltage at 55,2V so 3,45v may be a little too much I think.

BETA FIRMWARE AXPERT MAX 8 KW >>>MPPT improvement<<< (Based on stable 90.06)
it seems we all have this error except on firmware 72.62 and 72.66 (only for Axpert with 28066 based DSP) Personally I didn't notice any issue with this error maybe it's just bad checksum control

Balance LiFePO4
I temporary set bulk and float voltage @ 58.4V and in multiple step wait balance ,restart charge, wait balance, restart again and finally cells that never go up above 3,4V, finally reach 3,6v

Balance LiFePO4
Thanks a lot for your advice and document. So I understand that almost one third of my bank is unbalanced since the start for almost 20%. I was fooled by similar voltage with active balancer I try to set charge at 58,4v and to balance when first cell reach 3.65v and restart charge again and again. It seems to work but I think It's going to Take one entire week imo I understand well now why It's absolutly necessary to buy a power supply

Balance LiFePO4
Hello, My solar installation is working with battery for almost 6 months The configuration is : - 16s prismatic LFP of 200Ah connected in serial, - Daly BMS 250A and for now, 2 active balancer - Daly smart active balancer (1A - 20mV drift) -Neey 4th generation active balancer (4A - 1mV drift) Currently, active balancers are always active, with integrated solar inverter charger (Float 53,6V and Bulk 55,2V), it's working but the main issue is when battery is unused, they slowly drain the battery and BMS SOC become quickly innacurate because active balancer discharge is not followed by BMS So I want to properly configure that. I was trying to top balance only with Neey and set it to 3.335V to start balancing and to sleep at 3.325V I choose to top balance quite low because I have a least one cell that never go up over 3.4V before the first cell reach 3.650V , even after long wait and balance it's the same, and I don't have single 3,2V charger to charge it individually So 2 conclusion, I understand nothing at balancing or I have at least one bad cell degrading the whole thing Maybe in my case it's better to bottom balance with different settings. I hope my explainations are understandable lol.
