  3. Thank you. Im upto 28% now, if I can get it to 50% today,I’ll switch it off and wait for the next sunny day ☀️. Everyone is very helpful here, thank you.
  4. We rarely get outages here, if we do it is momentarily. I’m going to turn it off and turn it back on when we have our next sunny day, perhaps I can get it fully charged and see how it goes. I’ve just switched companies to get cheap energy between 0030 and 0430 to top up my car each night, the charger gives 28 kw in that period @ 12p per kw. That provides 100 miles for about £3. Are you saying I should be able to top my battery then too?
  5. Does anyone know if I can turn the battery off, I’m lucky if my battery gets up to 30% charge during the last week, the weather is so Grey…. it seems to be drawing current from the grid to keep topping it up and I’m not convinced that it is worth doing while the weather is so overcast.

  11. Hi everyone, I’ve just had my system fitted last week, I too had the alarm but no alarm light am I have now untucked the alarm to off. My discharge is set at 40A, I’m in UK, should I too, change this to 100A? The battery seem to trickle the power to the house at about 20w, which seems pitifully little. Because of the grey sky, the battery is still running down and is currently 28%. thanks for already being a useful source of information. Regards. Trevor
