Sunsynk inverter setting - non-essentials consuming battery
We referring to non-essentials and not aux.

Sunsynk 12KW 3Phase
He could put more circuits on essentials/inverter?

Sunsynk inverter setting - non-essentials consuming battery
My setup operates the same. Seems the battery cannot distinguish between essentials and non-essentials.

Panels underperforming or another limiting factor? I'm new!!!
I have 6.5kw panels that generates 4.5kw peak on a reasonable winter's day. They are split into 2 strings - 2/3 NNE and 1/3 NNW. That's about 70% of installed capacity. So, I don't think your PV production is a problem as you getting about 2.2kw from 3.3kw panels. My graph for yesterday. I'm in Cape Town.

Sunsynk 12kWh 3-phase Inverter F18: HW_Ac_OverCurr_Fault
Good morning My system has been working as expected since installation for the last 6 months. On Friday afternoon the system switched off and restarted immediately with the abovementioned error. I don't know why. The load was not excessive. The PV input voltage spiked to 578V. However, the rated input voltage for the inverter is 160V - 800V. See pic below. Any ideas why? I have the following pics of when the event took place:

Integrating a Geyserwise with a full-house PV system
For me, I just want it on when there's excess PV during the day. So, could work for me. When grid is present at night, I'm happy to use it as my geyser is on a heat pump which is on a timer. My main concern is that it uses the battery when there's no/insufficient PV. Your thoughts?

Integrating a Geyserwise with a full-house PV system
I was thinking of moving my geyser to aux. Please elaborate about it not working out as nicely?

Please help interpret solar data
Do you feed in to the grid? Is it not possible that due to your batteries being full, the PV is being limited to your load? Maybe check if the same thing happened the previous few days? Or even next few days as I see this post is a couple of days old.

F33 AC_OverCurr_Fault
Hi Has this been resolved? My inverter just did the same for the first time. Happened during load shedding. Restarted and all good again Thanks

Kwikot Heat Pump Controller Battery
Thanks. Someone mentioned the Shelly 1 smart switch/relay. It's a small unit and can be placed behind front plate of db board. Any views on using it? https://www.takealot.com/shelly-1-smart-wifi-relay-switch/PLID71030544

Kwikot Heat Pump Controller Battery
Good day My heat pump's controller battery is flat and now loses time when it loses power. I opened the unit and it seems that the battery cannot be replaced. Saw this as an opportune time to replace the controller with a WiFi capable one. Called Kwikot and they say unfortunately not. Any ideas or recommendations of a WiFi capable control unit? I thought of keeping the existing controller and adding a CBI Astute for wifi capability, but I have no space in my DB board. Thanks

Sunsynk connect 1.6.1 not working with inverter settings
Logging out and back in worked for me.

Sunsynk inverter disconnects from grid when load above 2kw
So, no limit of 4kw per phase when grid is down?
-
Sunsynk inverter disconnects from grid when load above 2kw
My bad. Not a sparky. Meant kw. If 4kw pump splits the draw per phase then probably not an issue. I should rather not commentđ

Sunsynk inverter disconnects from grid when load above 2kw
Yep, when no grid each phase limited to 4kWh on that inverter

Sunsynk inverter disconnects from grid when load above 2kw
I'm no expert but have the same inverter with Sunsynk 10kwh battery. Just comparing settings to mine: 1. I have "activate" ticked on Batt type settings screen. 2. "Grid signal" also ticked on Batt charge screen. Not sure if that will help.

Exporting excess power to the grid - How do I do this?
Settings per your pic above is exactly as mine, except for the 20w grid trickle feed. Have you tried the setting per your pic above but without the "Grid" ticked in "Use Timer" settings? It took me a couple of weeks to get it working the way I want to. Some installers also struggle with the settings. The descriptions used are not very intuitive and sometimes does the opposite f what we think, eg Zero Export does not mean zero grid selling according to my understanding.

Exporting excess power to the grid - How do I do this?
Maybe have at look at my settings above. I have a smart meter and an export agreement with the CoCT. Not worth it but I did mine 5 years ago and the meter was a lot cheaper. My setup is designed to use PV first for home, then charge batteries if excess and export once batteries are full and there's excess production. Thus, priority load is enabled. As I export, grid trick feed is "0". Solar Export/Sell is enabled.

Exporting excess power to the grid - How do I do this?
The reason why it uses the grid to charge the batteries is because you gave grid charge enabled for Time 1, 5 & 6. Untick those boxes.

12kwh Sunsynk 3-phase inverter with 10kw Sunsynk battery - 6.5kw panels
My entire home is on essential, except for geysers, borehole, irrigation and water filtration system. Any recommendations iro of system settings are welcome.

12kwh Sunsynk 3-phase inverter with 10kw Sunsynk battery - 6.5kw panels
Good morning Been lurking on this forum for a while, learning and fine tuning my PV system. I had 20 x 325kwh pv panels connected to Fronius inverter installed 5-years ago. However, due to load shedding becoming a major concern, I replaced the inverter with a Sunsynk 12kwh 3-phase and added a 10kw Sunsynk battery. I had an issue with the CT's (3-phase and thus there are 3). It was showing ridiculously load...up to 20kwđą. I then played around with the CT directions and 2 are now facing one direction and another the opposite...faulty CT's?đ¤ˇââď¸ System seems to be working fine, except for when grid is down, it still shows 12w being drawn. Any ideas why? Also, when grid goes down and system feeds from battery, certain lights flicker and I suspect plug points also lose power for a millisecond. Pics of setup and system settings below.
