Thank you

No takers?

Hi Someone mentioned to me that if exporting to grid, it affects your warranty. I then went to the documentation and saw the clause highlighted in below pic. Does “only for energy storage system” mean if exporting excess PV, you nullify your warranty?
-
In system mode, one can limit the power used from battery for each time period. I limit mine to 1200w for this exact reason.
-
I found this on Eagle Eyes' website. Does the shading not impact PV production?
-
I had a geese and hadeda problem and installed those rotating reflectors around my pool and one on the roof. Solved the problem. Smilar to this:
-
I have never cleaned my panels - 6 years later and the PV production has been constant over that time. My installer, OneSolar, said it wasn't necessary to clean. Rain will do it, unless there's bird poo or something on it.

Wasn't there load shedding perhaps when the battery was low? You need to post a pic of the overview/generation graph of the app.
-
Try Voltex in Epping. There's a massive oversupply of stock. Time to negotiate...
-
I haven’t tried it yet.

This thread appears to have a solution. Resetting the inverter.
-
And it has presented itself again today
-
Need to access the system via sunsynk.net. Gateway menu under equipment
-
I have a Sunsynk and it doesn’t limit PV. Operates like UPS during load shedding. Limit is what’s set in battery settings/BMS.
-
At R23/£, it will be a great holiday
-
Unfortunately, I have no idea.
-
Yes. Apologies, thought it was an 8kw inverter. My bad.
-
One of the videos from Sunsynk also mentions that PV must be off when putting on or changing the CT coil.
-
See page 1 of this thread for more info.
-
No. But the fault hasn’t presented itself again

I've got a first gen one on my pool pump and 2 newer ones on my geyser and borehole system. First gen one works like a charm for about 2 years. Only thing I don't like about it is the fact that it does't remember it's status when loss of power. Newer ones a couple of months old, so early days. These ones have a setting for the status in the event of power loss.

Thank you.

I didn’t know this. How?
