  1. I have the same setup. LUXPOWER SNA5000 WPV Inverter and SHOTO SDC10-BOX5 (5.12kWh) Li-On battery. My set up is working OK for now, but I keep receiving 1 to 3 Notice daily on LUXPOWER Maintenance panel that says...."BATTERY VOLTAGE HIGH"! I've tried to change the Discharge setting several times from Voltage to SOC, but when I look again it has defaulted back to Voltage!!! Looks like we cannot make any changes to the set up, and CNMB in Midrand who give the after Sales assistance and technical backup are only back in Jan 2023. Has anybody else experienced the same problem as me? Is there something that I am not doing right? Can someone assist? All the best to you all for the Festive Season.
  2. Hi All, I also have a LUXPOWER SNA5000 WPV ECO Hybrid Inverter connected to 1 SHOTO SDC10-BOX5 (5.12 kwh) battery. It also displaying only 50ah capacity on the inverter through the BMS. My Inverter models comes with a label on the inverter box stating the communication pin outs have changed. Have sent an e-mail to the CNMB in Midrand , as they are the LUXPOWER After Sales Support. They suggest I do a Firmware update, but I can only do it when their technicians are back from the festive leave.
  3. Hi guys, have been reading all your threads on the Luxpower Hybrid Inverter and PV set-up, as I am planning to also install the Luxpower SNA5000 inverter with a SHOTO 5.12KVA LI-ON battery and connect 8 x 545W Cannadian panels. Your comments will be appreciated.
