Help configure System Axpert MAX II 11kwh 48v 150A with Pylontech Fidus Plus 16Kwh 51.2v 300Ah
So far we have disconnected our OFF-Grid Axpert MAX II 11 kWh inverter from the battery and we are seeing this behavior under low solar radiation: Inverter sequential stop feed After shutting Off only the PV from group1 we observe; Inverter with PV 1 stops After shutting Off only the PV from group 2 we observe; Inverter with PV 2, stops So naturally we have checked the PV cabling and connectors and PV´s DC voltage appears correct, as measured for both PV1 and 2 groups (of 6 panels of 625w, for each group). However, amperage metered by the inverter looks different as coming from each PV group; with PV1 showing much lower figures than PV 2... Connections feel also cold to the hand. I am not sure if after "touching with bare hands" and not finding t° differences, a thermometer would nevertheless show t° differences in case there is a bad contact somewhere along the cabling. ///What could be causing this inverter behavior? How to stop this sequential shutting off? Could still be this related to the configuration settings? Any ideas are welcomed

Help configure System Axpert MAX II 11kwh 48v 150A with Pylontech Fidus Plus 16Kwh 51.2v 300Ah
These couple of the days, the inverter has been behaving better. Now it keeps a rather steady provision of power to the house. My initial configuration questions broadly remain, nevertheless after a specific firmware recommendation by Coulomb today, there is road for improvement in sight. That is regarding the inverter itself. About the battery and its relation with the inverter, uncertainty remains quite high. Effectively the Pylontech battery Fidus Plus 16Kwh 51.2v 300Ah presents communication issues with the Axpert MAX II 11 kWh inverter. I did connected BMS through a dedicated Pylontech to Voltronic cable with RJ-45 connectors to both appliances. However until few days ago, the last time we connected both Battery and inverter, error 61 was up most times, despite the different configurations we tried. Mainly Submenu 01 is set to SbU, and submenu 05 is set to PYL. The battery did charge itself, but later on failed to provide power to the house after PV source dimmed after sunset, precisely when one would guess the battery would step on. //I have to state that this is an OFF-Grid installation with no possibility of Utility connection, except for a small (but stable) generator that we have yet to attempt to integrate to the system (we are giving it some time in order to allow sorting the remaining hiccups before). Most of other configuration options I applied were; turning freq(submenu 09) to 50 and voltage(submenu 10) to 220. Submenu 16 is set to OSO, since CSO and SNU look useless upfront because of the lack of Utility presence in this system. Submenu 41 looked like it could be related to this situation, with its max limit of 30 A of default as rather low. after all this inverter has 150A in its name and the Battery 300A. However I have been reluctant to up the 30A number much higher. Am I wrong in this? Then is Submenu 99 and 100, that set the minutes to change Output Source Priority. Is there a recommendation here? Again, all ideas, links and hints are very wellcomed Thank You

Firmware Axpert Max Twin 11K
I understand. Then how may I find the manufacture date of our inverter here? From your words one could conclude that either factory's firmware 75.85 or x75.85 would be better than remaining with the installed 75.08 present version. How to find out about issues and configuration workarounds of the actual 75.08 version, in case there is any? I am presently experiencing serious functioning issues described in this post that I am so far unable to understand. Will welcome information, links to discussions, all really to help me get a better insight into this situation. I have installed Voltronic Axpert inverters in the past, and were smooth experiences. Thanks

Firmware Axpert Max Twin 11K
Hi. I have the Axpert MAX II 11kwh 48v 150A with the circle around the screen (non detachable) with the CPU1 75.08 version and CPU2 39.28 I am having issues configuring it see this thread and I am thinking that the old firmware might be a relevant part of the problem, (more so when one reads about the 90v bug) and the inefficient algorithms. Then what firmware will be appropriate to update this precise model? I welcome all ideas, and information about this, as well. Thank you

Help configure System Axpert MAX II 11kwh 48v 150A with Pylontech Fidus Plus 16Kwh 51.2v 300Ah
Hi, A few years since my previous intallation, now have installed 12x Monocrystalline 625w panels feeding Voltronic Axpert MAX II 11 KWh with CPU 1 7508 and CPU 2 3928 tied to Pylontech Pylontech Fidus Plus 16Kwh 51.2v 300Ah After a couple of days the Panels show these numbers on a lightly clouded day: - P1 295v (with 0 A and 15 watts ?) - and P2 291v (with 0,2 A and 71 watts ?) And both move to around 310 on sunny times, however still with near zero A and watts figures. That is the first question, shouldn't the A and watts numbers be quite higher? What could be causing this? Then the inverter is configured as single Phase and I have respected the numbers that choosing PYL at menu n° 5 determines for it. Apart from those, it has SBU as priorities and 220v and 50 hz as those are what we use here. I have installed the special RJ-45 BMS cable with PYlontech marked end to the battery and the other connected to the inverter. That all said, when operating the inverter disconnected to the Battery I have only minutes of power and then shuts off. The LCD screen shows sequentially as P1 with around 300v and then 0 to then show P2 with 300plus voltage and then 0. I have tried configuring the minimums with no results so far. Any ideas, tests of further info I should look up? Thanks
