My son bought a 10kW Vito. H say technical support is nonexistent and the only way he could get it to connect to the internet was to use the comms port from his old Mecer inverter. Apart from that, he is very happy with it. It needs a dongle to connect to the intrnet, but the supplier doesn't have stock.

I evntually found this to be working like a charm!

Haave the same setup. After 2 weeks I managed to get the Battery and Smart Bess (If ever there was a misnomer...), but getting the inverter to communicate with the battery is like the communication between me and my ex-wife...

I've got the above combo. Inverter worked perfectly well with deep cycle batteries. Installed the Raystech now but can't find the Canbus protocol (51-65) to use. According to Solar-Europe Growatt uses 51, but that gives a comms error... Please help!
