  1. hi to all, any leads where i can send my mecer 5000 kva inverter for repair ? it looks like as if the capacitors gave up..... Display and electronic still working - but no power output.

  5. hi Chris....i would be very interested in this GOODWE inverter .... sitting with an mecer / axpert ...... so maybe there is a special for the goodwe inverter somewhere out there for me as well :-)
  6. its now definite my 4 x 100 ah NXT AGM batteries gave up after 2 years :-( max discharge 40% ) what is the best choice at the moment ? Thinking about the, in the forum offered trojan batteries 6 v 225 AH...... 24 volt or 48 volt better ? Can I maybe revive my old batteries ? so many questions ....... and hoping for some help.   8. To all the specialist out there :-) since a couple of days my inverter switches @night from battery mode to grid mode and back. Please see Image attached. any Ideas ? any setup changes that i could do ? regards Chris
  9. Thank you soooo much to all of you. Im trying now all the settings and will monitor it. If I could get rid of this set of batteries I would immedately buy myself a proper set of batteries..... but for now i have to live with it....... Once again guys,thank you for your assistance.... I owe all of you a beer or maybe two and if one of you hear of real bargain battery set....... please let me know.......... keep on harvesting the sun....... regards Chris

Slowly but surely I´m beginning to understand. :-) Could I kindly ask for a couple of more settings ? 01 SBU 02 max charging current : 10Ah @the Moment 03 UPS 05 Use ( since your first message ) 12 ? at the moment 47V 13 ? at the moment 47V 29 ? at the Moment 47 I do have 12 x 235 Watt Yingli on the roof an Apex inverter 5KVA and 4 x NXT 100AH Batteries. Had previously a 3 KW SMA Inverter, but COC was not happy due to meter reversing........ kind regards Chris
  11. HI All, could someone please give me the proper Settings for my 48V NXT 100Ah Batteries (4) on an Axpert 5KVA inverter. I´m completely lost and the more I read the more I´m confused. Chris

Hi all, I´m a "newbie" when in comes to Solar & Batteries and here I am with my "whole set of questions": ( Apex 5KVA inverter, 12 x 235W Solarmodule, CEIL NXT Batteries 4 x 105AH running on 48V) Output Ource priority : @the moment: Solar first max charging : 10 A Battery Type : AGN Max Utility Charging Current : 10AH point back to utility : 47V back to battery mode : 49V charger source priority : Solar only bulk charging voltage :58V floating charging voltage :54V low DC cut off voltage :47V are these values ok ? do I have to buy the same sort of batteries to increase my storage capacity ? can I easily add more capacity ( my batteries are 12 month old ) or must I buy a complete new set ?
