Hello , Been working few days to make my axpert king II work with the daly home storage bms that comes with wnt board built in I was able to communicate via Lib protocol but can't communicate via PYL protocol. Anyone had this issue ? Using 3 5 pins on inverter side and 1 2 on bms side . Setting bms to voltronicpower rs485 which work with lib only on inverter side but i cant see soc or battery packs on inverter . I tired voltronicpower protocol on bms with pyl on inverter and getting error 61 . Change the bms to pylon protocol didnt helped . Is it a firmware problem , wiring ? Or something else .

You should set max cell votlage to your charging voltage divided by 8s , then set balancing start at 3.0v with 0.02 deviation

You need to contact support and send them model number on the side of the bms and they will send you firmware update for that fix.

My axpert King II is not using pv panels power when they're low. i attached a screenshot from solar Assistant after checking that the data on the inverter screen is the same. can anyone help me with issue? I already Updated to latest firmware thanks to coulomb, but didn't help.

Hey Again, I updated successfully to 50.02. I will check if the is resolved. what's the difference between : Eco Mode, online Mode or automatic Mode in Axpert king II?

Hello Techs , i have two Axpert King II ; https://voltronicpower.com/en-US/Product/Detail/Axpert-King-II-5KVA , used in parallel , i have 12 x 545w Trina Vertex Panels on each . early in the morning or when the weather is cloudy i have 2000-3200w from panels but i can only use 1000w max on load and not able to use all the power i have . i think its a firmware related issue . I appreciate if you share your experience with Axpert King inverters , and if theres a link to update to the latest firmware maybe it helps me fix the issue . Regards
