  2. It's very strange, It started working for me too few minutes ago, the device was red in smartESS app, but now it's grey and no data anymore ! May be a cloud problem ? My battery has no wire with the inverter (only internal BMS) then it is not the reason for me. Edit : In fact my inverter has powered off itself because not used, only in solar charging and no more sunlight ! Seems the SmartESS engineer I had contacted has done everything on the cloud ? Tomorrow will be a test day
  3. All aliexpress products I have ever bought comes with this type of CD ROM , May be is it easier for a manufacturer to update new versions without pressing new official CD-rom in a manufactory. I still talking with jesudom official store about this trouble but there are just sellers, not manufacturer and I think they don't want to pay to send me a new display module with built-in wifi. They ask me to do lots of wifi tests always thinking that problem comes from my home network. But after wifi config setting to my home wifi network I have a screen with correct link between datalogger and rooter. And If I shutdown my internet box and wifi network I have a screen with red cross in the middle link then it means that previously, inverter and home wifi network were correctly connected. Then clearly their ingenier has no idea for the solution. I contacted the smartESS app developper on playstore at [email protected] and they sent me this list of check, port 502 is interesting but it does not change anything. I suggest you contact your seller too and the developer of the app too, because the more we are to inform this problem, the more chance we have to find a solution Do you have the included CD software ? Could you give me a download link ? mine is broken, only titles of files can be read and I ear lots of creapy noise from my CD player when reading my unreadable CD-rom.

Hello from France, I just bought on Aliexpress at Jesudom Official Store here and installed an AXPERT MAX 48V 8KW HYBRID INVERTER with built-in WIFI module but I have the same problem and it seems defective, the seller still searching the solution, but I think the display with integrated mini-wifi card must be replaced under warranty . The defective built-in wifi should work on the cloud with android APP SmartESS, WatchPower or SolarPower ==> very similars apps , but none of this apps can connect my inverter, only Wi-Fi Module to rooter is OK When I received the package, the CD-Rom was broken , it it possible to give me a link to download the included softwares ? because jesudom Officiel Store is not able to send me a new CD or a link (not a very good seller >< ) Actually the inverter microUSB port is working on my windows laptop with watchpower v1 14 free software. @MotMot : I have never seen a wifi icon on my axpert max 8KV display, can you take a picture of your wifi icon ? I have seen that for other wifi modules as Sunsynk it is possible to connect to the webpage with IP 10.10.10.1 but it does not work with the axpert built-in module. IP address seems to be 192.168.88.88 (gateway address when connected with a laptop) but connection to this IP is refused then I don't know what to do. Thanks
  6. Hi, I am interested to know how is the RJ45 wiring for this cable, because I can remote my original axpert max 8KV removable display but I have no information about the correct RJ45 cable to use, can you help ? (may be picture of the RJ45 connectors with color of the internal cables) Thanks
