I had an exceptional customer service experience with Magneto when I encountered an issue with my Magneto Lithium LifePo4 Rack Mount 5.1kWh system. The problem arose when the battery State of Health (SoH) unexpectedly dropped to 85% overnight on the Battery BMS, resulting in a loss of 15% battery capacity. Despite this setback, the Magneto team flew from Johannesburg to Cape Town to address the issue in person, showcasing their commitment to resolving customer problems. Their expertise, proactive approach, and clear communication throughout the process were commendable. Magneto's dedication to customer satisfaction and their willingness to go above and beyond sets them apart in South Africa's service industry. I highly recommend Magneto for their exceptional customer service and reliable products.

I have a small setup but want to optimize as much as possible - 5KW single phase Deye Inverter, 5.1 Kw Magneto battery, 6 x 545w panels. Using home assistant to optimize Geiser and Pool pump timing, would love to do the same with the inverter Time of use/ battery levels around load shedding/ bad weather...
