Hello all my inverter ks 1000VA, voltage output without load is 228V, when I put load on the ouput decreases to 108V, what do you think the problem?

Where is the C5 located in the circuit or what its capacitance ?

Hello I have Solar inverter ( Axpert KS 1KVA ) the utility (AC in ) comes, the inverter shows on LCD charging the battery but actually I have measured the charging current on clipampere it does not charge the battery, what are the problem ? thanks guys
