the SNA5000 Mppt port range is 120-385v....so with 2 panels you under 100v so that Mppt port wont activate, better to fit 4 panels max 8 per string once firmware updated on that inverter.

are you using the app on phone or web page, on the web page if you go into maintenance, select Read, then scroll to the bottom, check server Ip and change that to Africa and select Set.

change your EOD from 50% to a higher value.....currently its set to use from battery until 50% then use from eskom

is the 3 LED lights showing on the dongle, also it must be a 2.4ghz wifi network

Hi guys, on the Luxpower SNA500 can I use the dry contact to activate the contactor relay and create the Earth/Neutral bond. I tried testing for continuity on the dry contact NO1, Com and NC1 pins but it does not seem to complete the circuit, whether AC In is on or off, is there a setting on the inverter to activate this...or what can I use to activate the contactor relay

How does one install 6 of these panel on the apex of a roof, 3 on East wing and 3 of West wing without running a cable over the apex. I can connect 2 in Series on each wing and run that string to the combiner box or branch connector...but how do I connect the remaining single panels on each wing of the roof in series. Do I go over the apex or the long way around or is there a better solution to this problem.....cannot add another 2 panels due to space

To be honest I am not even sure if locally manufactured or now, panels seem to be of decent quality and good value for money
