Hi all, ja data logger issues as well, on my home site, I had inverter issue and they had to replace the mother board, data logger since then been flashing green, and refuses to reset, just goes back to green even after factory reset, and after it goes through white lights then red flashes where hotspot comes up for 10 sec , not able to connect, then disappears. I suspect dongle faulty as well, will order new. At work, dongle I got never worked, gonna get one there as well. Does anyone know how to change the user permissions, so that one can make changes through the app, it keeps telling me "user not authorised"

Hi All, I have same problem, when I click on Control icon, it tells me "my account does not have permission to operate". How do I change this please? I have been on the website but not sure how to navigate the users and setup there. Please assist if you can!
