Hi all,
my system is a 12kw 3phase deye with two 5.12kwh dyness batteries and 16 panels (panels are irrelevant for the current issue)
Tonight during loadshedding the batteries got down to about 25% and at the time the system was pulling about 2kw with peaks at about 3kw. When the loadshedding ended just after 8pm and the grid came back online the inverter kicked out for about 5 or so seconds and came back online showing F56. Why would this happen when the loadshedding ended? Thankfully because Eskom had returned and the batteries started charging the error cleared very quickly, but it still makes no sense as to why this should have happened...
any ideas what would cause the issue?
