Good day. On my dispaly it shows error 19. The battery is dead somehow. I tried to change some settings but still nothing. Is there a way to clear the error?

It should only use battery when there is no power incoming. Otherwise what is the point of having the system if it keeps discharging every 2 or 3 days. It means battery gona run out way sooner than intended. And all i read on forums is basically the growatt doing this.

I did, its at its max. I set the setting that supose to kick over to utility again to 25.5v. At the moment battery is at 25.8v but battery show 50% depleted. And charger not kicked in yet.

Wish i found this thread before i installed. Im on my installers case almost everyday because of this. I think if he explained to me this would happen i would have gone with another inverter. I did try the setting back to utility on 25.5v which is the highest it can go on my inverter and still it would discharge to what i would assume around 50% or less of the battery before charging back. Also now the battery dont charge to 27v anymore, it gets to about 26v and battery would switch off and on, as to maybe tell me its overcharging or heat.

Did u manage to get an answer somewhere? Mine doing the same.

Hi Im struggeling here. I have a growatt 3kw inverter. Bettery supose to go to 28v but when it charges to about 26v it switches off, which i guess is a sign of overheating or thinking its overcharging. So now when loadshedding hits it dont switch on by itself anymore I have to change it myself. It all started when i noticed its using battery power even when on utility power. Which i still dont have an answer for aswel.

Good day. I am wonder what would be a better option, 2x 460w panels or 2x 545w panels. They are only there to help recharge the batteries.
