  1. There are also different versions that respond differently. VERFW:00090.19 Standalone OG 7.2 reports 2 strings + totals VERFW:00090.19 Parallel OG 7.2 reports only 1 string per inverter + totals VERFW:00069.06 Standalone OG 7.2 also only reports 1 of the 2 strings + total So provided you have the meta data about which inverters / versions behave which ways you can infer the second string, but the sample rate of the data then becomes an issue if you want accurate readings. All in all, the firmware for these things is bad. Pretty much no QA done on it. Dave

  3. I'm trying to chase down a bug that appears to be in some of the 7.2 max inverters that prevents monitoring from reporting the second pv string data. The bug manifests itself in a couple of different ways. 1. Different versions of the inverter report the second string fine and other don't. 2. the ones that do work standalone when put into parallel then don't work. It's incredibly annoying that we can't see where the power is actually coming from. I've tried all sorts of workarounds, but its impossible to get the correct amount all of the time so I really need to be able to read the second strings consistently. Has anyone else seen this?
  4. Does anyone know if there is a command that replaces QPGSn on newer inverters? The command does not seem to work on Kodak OG-7.2 in parallel, which means I can't read the complete data set for PV Strings on any of the inverters. Davo
