Good Day just need some help to troubleshoot my Axpert max invetrer .My inverter gto shut down while connected to 48v battery with built in bms ,the abttery also went into a fault mode showing scp which short circuit .battery has it own breaker also.i turn off inverter turn it backon from power off the grid battery got stuck in Short circuit mode i eventually disconnect battery cable from inverter and switch the battery from off to on bms and breaker.eventually battery is fully back on but inveter and battery wont connect everytime i try connecting battery to inverter once i turn on battery it getting short circuit instantly,Can someone tell me wher eshould i start to troubleshooot problem thanks .

Ok the performance has been better only issue battery keeps going to grid at 44% dont know what scausing that part for sure a little help with that problem thanks.

yes exactly thats the max ats all the new inverter hybrid inverters have it

I know the Axpert max has a built in ATS but wiring this , ATS gives more control i believe over the battery do you think it can actually work .

Do you think i can try this transfer switc with inverter to control it better ?

I am using the Pylon Protocol with the inverter ,also when the inverter protocol pylon is not selcted when the inverter switches from Battery to utility it shuts down the compelet inverter. When i use the pylon protocol then battery would shut down between 54%-44% i am thinking is the bms issue.

Here is my issue i have my Axpert Max connected to my 48v 100ah battery pack ,i have tried all setting but most times when battery pack get to 54%-44% the Battery would actually shut down ,i ahve had this ats unit here for a while can i try it thank you.

My axpert inverter got fault 32 which i flashed wrong firmware on this inverter while trying to get it working again i replaced it with a PowMr 6500w inverter andiwas also getting the F52 fault code from that one so i am thing it have to do maybe with the battery i am using.

I actually replace the axpert inverter while trying to fix it i put in another inverter which is strange for me to still get error F52

here is an update i used the hex filei n usb but kind of trick inverter thinking i would use the usb then i plug in my laptop which it recognize after the usb stick was inserted and voila flashed latest firmware you recommended for the Axpert max.Also for the Fault F52 think it have do with something on battery side not too sure becuause i switch inverter while trying to repair the Axpert Max the result was the same when the inverter try to switch or battery percentage get as low as 54% the inverter shuts everything down so still looking whats the possibility htta both inverter gets the same F52 fault sometimes thanks.

Good day i know this is an old post but messed up flashing wrong firmware to Axper Max 7.2 kw inverter .Ok i am at my loose end have been trying my best to load firmware on axpert max 7.2kw inverter was wondering if i can use usb stick but where do i even plug it in and where to load on usb stick .Also i am getting this error on the screen So any help will greatly appreciated thank you very much .

Solve the issue it was bascially the battery bms firmware suppose to pylon from factory don't know it was changed i got downloaded the battery support firmware and i change to pylontech and voila working the way it suppose it was the wire thanks for the help.

Hello i havent being able to solve this issue have tried many different wires with pin configuaration also i ahve been experencing F52 error where inverter shuts down can you help identify the issue please thank you.

I mess around flash firmware no more 90v but my bigest problem is trying ot have my lithium battery conneted to inverter through cable so inverter and battery can sync together,so what happen as of now since they cant sync togeter i am getting error 61 .The reason i currently not on error 61 because i go to user settings and inverter and battery still wont suync when ever battery get to like 58% it literally shuts down the house power in SBU mode so this i am really trying to get going so battery and invert can sync together.I am currently running one Orient Powerwall Battery with Pylontec BMS.See image of firmware version and battery i am using thanks.

Hello everyone need some serious help i currently have may be a clone of this inverter and i am getting issues like error 61 and that 90v stuck on a cloudy day can anyone direct me what firmware i need to flash there and how can i do that thank you.My inverter model is currently PowMr MAx 7.2 which i guess identical to the axpert max thanks for reaching out anyone.
