  1. Prepaid meter not working after installing Sunsynk inverter.

    Have had the same problem for months Plug for the CIU is on the non-essential side. Tried just cutting mains to the inverter (switch) while checking and loading units. Seems to have worked magnificently.

    Tried rebooting and refreshing via app and browser but not showing at all. Is this perhaps an inverter specific feature?
