I did not see the video, but “free energy” or “over unity” does not exist. You need some form of kinetic energy to turn an alternator.

Any ECU Specialist to assist with Siemens S11868502 D SIM24 ECU ?
Fixed 👍 and vehicle is running again. Received a donor unit with blown ASIC, but IGBT's and resistors were 100%. Replaced both IGBT's and 4 x 2 Ohm resistors (R3,R4,R7 & R8) from donor unit.

Thanks @Coulomb. Yes, I agree, but all those resistors were so overheated that no colour coding exist anymore. I even de-soldered them and looked underneath if any partial colour coding was visible. They all measured high resistance out of circuit, confirming their faulty burnt state. The emitters of both are indeed connected together by circuit board traces. The resistor values are important as they most probably are used to measure load current.

Foremost, I am not an ECU specialist. This ECU: Siemens S11868502 D SIM24 (Ford KA 1.3 Petrol) ended on my bench. It was previously worked on by an unknown technician. The only information I have at hand, is that the vehicle owner replaced the ignition coil as the latter caused one of the IGBT's in the ECU to short. The IGBT I can source and replace, but it seems that the previous technician removed 2 or more components (most probably resistors in a mini-melf package): see attached photo. It seems that schematics and/or board view files does not exist. If there are any ECU specialists that can assist in identifying the removed components, I will really appreciate it. PS: The remaining resistors measure high resistance and are obviously burnt as there are no colour coding visible anymore.

Just a suggestion if you can't find a service manual on Google: Draw a schematic diagram of the section where you replaced faulty components, including R76, as well as to what bus/line R76 connects to. Maybe the circuit will make sense to you or one of us and the value can be calculated or at least estimated.

3.7v battery. How much mAh?
14500 is the physical size; 14mm diameter and 50mm in length as @P1000 said. Capacity; 500mAh exactly what it states; can deliver 500mA for 1 hour (or 250mA for 2 hours etc). 3.7V is the nominal voltage. On the sleeve there should be a part number. Google that number for a data sheet which will provide detailed technical specifications.
